Alan, We had an excellent week on Galiano. The house worked out
very well and we were all very comfortable. Thanks so much for
all your help prior-to and during the week. Regards, Chris

We want to thank you once again for allowing us to have two wonderful weeks ‘away from it all’ at your beautiful cabin. It was so nice to relax and explore and forget about life’s hassles
for a while. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife wherever we went and the island itself was so peaceful, it was therapy for all the senses – sights, sounds and smells. Coming home to the bustle of Calgary was rather a shock!
Again, thank you – it was very hard to leave! Sincerely, Greg and Jane Maxwell

Thank you so much for letting us use your lovely home. We saw everything and did everything. We especially enjoyed the deck and spent many hours enjoying the wildlife. We saw an eagle
who often sat in one of the trees nearby. We saw deer, a pileated woodpecker, otter and seals. We felt so blessed. Away from the house, we ferried to both Saltspring and Mayne Islands. We also hiked up Mount Galiano. Pam and

Returned home safely - we had a great time on Galiano Island. Your advice on places to visit was very useful - we also found some good beaches. Saw a lot of the birds, otters & seals &
deer. Thanks again, you have a wonderful holiday home. Rob and Mel, Alberta

My wife and daughter and I stayed at Heron Cottage for three nights in August 2004 and found it an idyllic spot. The cottage is lovely with all modern conveniences. The setting is simply
spectacular. Donald, College Station Texas

If you love the sight and smell of the sea, views of Georgia Strait and the mountains beyond, the wittering of eagles, sea life and tidepools, walks on flowery hillsides along the cliffs
and through forests of cedar, arbutus, and Douglas fir along the bays and nights with a sky full of stars, you will love staying, as I have done in both May and August, in this beautifully designed and comfortably furnished house
with its ample deck, its garden attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies, and its perfect places for conversation, music, and peaceful reading. Diane, Santa Rosa CA

My first stay here was in May of 2003 and it was so wonderful that I returned just recently (June 2005). The accommodation is well designed; bright, airy, and elegant yet very comfortable
and relaxing. The surrounding grounds and seascapes are astounding! Worth hours of strolling pleasure. Joanne <jomh@mac.com>

I just spent a weekend here with several girl friends. I slept out under the stars on the deck, lulled by the waves, and had a wonderful sleep both nights. There is excellent walking at
low tide along the beach, and we found great hikes at Montague Harbour and the bluffs. We saw deer in the garden, and eagles every morning in a huge fir tree by the shore. Thanks again - a great experience!! Kate, Kelowna BC <jubikaty@silk.net>
