RENTAL AGREEMENT contract in advance. $1750-$2100 a week. $300-$350 a day for three days minimum, plus $100 cleaning fee. $300-$350 a day, plus $100 cleaning fee for less than one week. ie: 3-6 days. $500 Damage Deposit . All rental agreements
should be concluded at least seven days before occupancy, so that we can
make arrangements for cleaning. Check-in is at 15:00hrs (3pm) unless otherwise agreed. Rentals in July and August are by the week or multiple weeks only. Three or four days minimum for holiday weekends. - See the BC Employment Standards Branch website for specific holiday dates:
